This modern taqueria, located in the center of the Chamberí district, offers original and unique versions of tacos. Fusing Mexican concepts with Spanish products, the menu features both classic versions, like cochinita pibil or al pastor, along with modern creations like tacos filled with carnitas of duck in a red mole sauce, crispy pork ear cooked with cuttlefish and habanero peppers or a taco of braised octopus in a Yucatan-style sauce. There is also a long list of tequilas and mezcals as well as an elaborate list of cocktails.
