Berto Domiínguez Garciía and his sister Marisol are known for sourcing the highest quality seafood in Spain. Specializing in large crustaceans, the restaurant allows sizable groups of diners to enjoy gigantic specimens of crayfish, crabs and lobsters (their fried lobster preparation is one of the greatest dishes in Spain). Tasty preparations of mussels, oysters, shrimps, barnacles, cockles and clams are roasted in the oven, grilled over wood or prepared in stews. To top it off, the service is first class, and the cellar includes a number of local wines that are difficult to find.
