Though they are well known for their cutting-edge Barcelona restaurant Disfrutar, the trio of Oriol Castro, Mateu Casañas and Eduard Xantruch also run this wonderful Mediterranean restaurant. Nestled in the beautiful town of Cadaqués, it offers a relaxed environment spread over three dining rooms decorated in different styles and makes for a perfect setting to enjoy tapas and large platters that are easily shared. Though the menu is filled with traditional preparations, the trio manage to incorporate many of the “tricks” they learned when they were running the kitchen at El Bulli. An essential stop for a casual meal on the Costa Brava.
