Three chefs whose lineage can be traced to Ferran Adrià's kitchen at El Bulli have created one of the best restaurants in the world. All of the latest culinary techniques are on display, ranging from classics like multi-spherification to new methods developed in the research and development kitchen below the restaurant. Try the Chinese bread stuffed with caviar, their take on the gilda (a tapas with anchovy and pepper), or the macaroni carbonara, among many other tempting dishes. A hedonistic experience with many surprises. It all takes place in a casual Mediterranean environment with friendly service.
