Antonio Mellino has been joined in the kitchen of this stunning restaurant, with its views overlooking the Bay of Nerano, by his son Fabrizio. Famous for their pastas, the kitchen can turn a humble dish like linguine alla Nerano (summer zucchini, basil and cheese) or spaghetto with red and yellow datterino tomatoes into a minor masterpiece. A new generation in the kitchen also means a more forward-looking cuisine, like a tempura of fish and shellfish in eight bites or squid lotus with langoustine tartare, green apple water and Ossetra caviar. Stunning wine list, especially champagnes.
