Review for this restaurant
Having won acclaim at Tuscany’s Il Pelicano, it was in 2015 that Antonio Guida brought his talents to the kitchen of the newly opened Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Located a block away from the La Scala opera house,Guida conducts his orchestra with classical style. The heavy French influence is characterized by their richness and agenerous use of sauces that are showered on the finest ingredients. The game and truffle seasons are especially good times to visit. Desserts are by Nicola Di Lena, arguably the best pastry chef in Italy.
