After graduating from school, three childhood friends opened this bistro. Nearly two decades later, Martina, Marco and Stefano still run this place,with its combination of stylish mise en place, warm service and affordable pricing. A mainstay of the city’s culinary scene, chef Luca Marin offers simple but more modern version of Florentine cuisine featuring impeccably prepared dishes like calamari stuffed with artichokes and mint and pasta with Spilinga ‘nduja and Pecorino cheese. There is also a good wine list.
