Don’t miss the tasty local crayfish, thin-shell bolos (clams) and their signature scored red mullet. Whole fish like grouper, monkfish or sea bass can be brined, baked or fried. Finish with one of the best preparations of fideos (paella of noodles) you will ever eat. Wonderful wine list, especially the long section of champagnes.
