Ca l’Enric
Review for this restaurant
While the Catalan dining scene mostly revolves around restaurants that hug the coastline, Jordi Juncà’s menu is a tribute to the cuisine of the rural parts of the province. Ca l’Enric is located just 30 minutes south of the French border, and here you will find many of the same ingredients that are served in the Languedoc – except that they are served with Spanish technique and conceived in the best modern culinary traditions of the region. Fall is a favorite time to visit, to enjoy game such as woodcock as well as local truffles. A wonderful combination of rusticity and culinary sophistication.
